What is Sociya?
A help desk that only says what your own documents say, a queue for everything else, and a few tools to get your community moving together.
The idea#
Sociya is a community workspace for the people who run a community: moderators, hosts and admins. Most of their time goes to the same questions, the same announcements and the same event logistics, week after week. Sociya takes the repeatable part and leaves the judgement to people.
The core is a community assistant that answers member questions by quoting the knowledge base you approve. When nothing in that knowledge base clearly answers a question, it does not guess: the question goes to a moderator queue. Around it sit a content studio for drafts, a mission board on Robinhood Chain and an agent workspace for roles and permissions.

What Sociya is not#
Sociya is no all-knowing chatbot. It knows exactly the documents you gave it and nothing else, and says so.
Nor does it replace moderators. It sends them the questions that need a person and gives them a cleaner queue.
Neither is it a financial product. $SOCIYA utility is planned and described on the token page as plans, not promises.
