The mission board contract
SociyaMissionBoard: one small contract on Robinhood Chain with no owner.
Rules in code#
- Anyone can open a mission: title up to 80 bytes, a non-zero spec hash, a deadline in the future and at most 366 days after the start.
- Members record participation once per wallet per mission, between start and deadline, while the cap is not reached.
- No owner, no admin, no fee, no pause, no upgrade, no token, nothing payable. Nobody can edit or delete a mission or an entry.
- Paged reads (up to 100 items) and events for every mission and entry.
Costs#
| Action | Gas (measured in tests) |
|---|---|
| Deploy (owner, once) | 1,472,449 |
| Open a mission | about 171,000 |
| Record participation | about 145,000–168,000 |
Gas is paid in ETH on Robinhood Chain; the site never pays or receives anything.
Verifying a deployment#
The repository ships a script that compares the deployed runtime code byte for byte with this build and checks the creation transaction: npm run verify-deployment -- --board <address> --board-tx <tx>. The source is also verified on the chain explorer once the contract is live.
