Agent workspace
A permission matrix for agents, and a short list of things only people may do.
The matrix#
Each live agent can be switched on or off and given permissions such as reading the knowledge base, answering members, sending questions to the queue, drafting posts and preparing missions. Planned agents (the moderator copilot and the greeter) are listed but cannot be switched on.
Two permissions are people only and can never be granted to an agent: publishing posts and signing transactions. The exported policy file drops them even if they were set by hand.
People#
Assign which people (admin, moderator, event host) manage which agents. The policy file records both, so a team can agree on it before anything is automated.
