Community missions

Events, tasks and challenges with rules and a deadline, recorded on Robinhood Chain.

How a mission works#

A host writes a title, rules, a start, a deadline and an optional participant cap. The full text is turned into canonical JSON and hashed; the title and the hash go on chain when the host publishes with their wallet. Members then record their participation, once per wallet, while the mission is open, with an optional note whose hash is stored.

Participation is self-reported. The board proves which wallet recorded what and when; it does not prove the work was done. Hosts check the work. Missions carry no prizes, payments or rewards.

Practice mode#

Until the board contract is deployed, missions and records are kept in your browser and labelled as practice. Nothing is sent. The same rules apply, so a practice mission behaves like a real one.

Checking a mission's text#

Copy the mission text from the host and the hash from the board into Check a mission's text. If one character differs, the hash differs, so you know you are reading the published rules.
