Limits and honesty

What the assistant, the insights and the mission board can tell you, and where each of them stops.

Known limits#

  • The assistant matches words, not meaning. A question phrased very differently from your sources may go to the queue even when the answer is there. Adding the question's wording to your sources fixes it.
  • A quote can be correct and still out of date if your sources are. Keep them current.
  • Insights are simple word counts of the questions in your log. Deeper community insights are planned.
  • Mission records are self-reported and public. Never put personal data in a mission.
  • The sample community, its members and the home-page comparison are invented to show how the tools behave.
